ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is offered only electronically via the Internet
and is open to all natural persons age at least 18 years and older. This promotion is void in
Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan and Afghanistan.
Void where prohibited. Employees of FreebieLotto and its agents, successors, and assignees of
FreebieLotto, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved with FreebieLotto, as
well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the
FreebieLotto game and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. We ask that
FreebieLotto entries be limited to English speaking internet users only to ensure fairness

Each week you will receive one(1) New
Weekly Game Notice Email from FreebieLotto. In the email will be a Web Address that will
direct you to our New Weekly Game that will contain the Winners Link from last weeks game
and also the links to the Weekly Sponsors sites, where you can play your free FreebieLotto
tickets for the current week.
Weekly and Bonus Sponsors Tickets!
Your are only allowed to play one(1) ticket at each of the Weekly Sponsor's web sites . You
must play 1 ticket at each of the Weekly Sponsors or the minimum number allowed, to be eligible
to play 1 ticket at each Bonus Sponsor's web site. For an example, if we have 16 sponsors and
5 Bonus Sponsors this week, you would be able to play a total of 21 tickets (16 Weekly Sponsors
plus 5 Bonus Sponsors Tickets) plus any additional tickets listed next. You must NOT have more
tickets played than 1 at each weekly sponsor, 1 at each bonus sponsor, 1 at each Extra Bonus
Sponor, 1 at each Player Bonus Ticket, and no more than 4 tickets from any other different
FreebieLotto sites. All Qualified WINNERS Tickets are allowed and will be in addition to these!
FREE Player Bonus Tickets!
When you have played the minimum number of tickets required in
any given week from our Weekly and Bonus Sponsors, you become eligible to play 3 additional
Free Player Bonus Tickets! If these 3 Free Player Bonus Tickets are played and the other
requirements are not met, the player will be disqualified from any winnings for that week.
EXTRA Bonus Sponsors Tickets!
If FreebieLotto offers Extra Bonus Sponsor(s), then one ticket at each Extra Bonus Sponsor
may be played in addition to other tickets played from above.

Anyone attempting to play the same email
address twice at one site in a week or playing more than the authorized number of tickets,
will be subject to disqualification from any current weeks winnings. Players found to be in
violation of the official rules or abusing the FreebieLotto system will be subject to
disqualification and any winnings will be forfeited.

All tickets must be played prior to
Wednesday at 3:00pm Eastern Time each week. If your ticket is received after 3:00pm Eastern
Time on Wednesday and before the new game week begins, it will be considered invalid. Currently,

Winning numbers used will be those
drawn by the State of Wisconsin Megabucks Lotto drawing on Wednesday nights. We are in no
way affiliated with the Wisconsin Lottery. We only use their numbers to ensure fairness in
our game. Should there be a problem with the Wisconsin Lottery Site, we may choose to use
the winning numbers from the Virginia Lotto South Wednesday night drawing. We are in no way
affiliated with the Virginia Lottery, either. |

If you are a winner, you will be notified
via email. You will be instructed to visit a specific web page to find out how many numbers
you had correct, what your prize was and how to claim your prize. At that time you will have
until the following Wednesday at 3:00pm Eastern Time to claim your prize. All prizes not
claimed by this time are forfeited. Tickets Won can be collected immediately upon claiming
your win. All cash prizes, other than the Grand Prize, will be mailed to you within 45 - 60 days of the winning date.
In the event you are a Grand Prize winner, you will be paid the full sum over a period of
time not to exceed sixty(60) months. In the event of multiple 6 Number Winners, the Grand
Prize will be divided equally between all winners. All winners are responsible for any and
all taxes on any prize(s) won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from
the prize(s) to the extent of the law.

All winnings will be paid in U.S.
Currency. A mailing address is not requested until after you have won. If you are a winner
from a country other than the United States, you must provide us with an insured S.A.S.E. or
comparable secure means of shipping to collect winnings. Winners may be required
to furnish government issued photo identification. |
